• Temporary, Full-time, Contract VP-Staffing is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Order Picker / Material Handler for a great 1st-shift opportunity located at a premier facility in Nappanee, IN.

Please Note:

While the job itself is located in Nappanee, all interviews, screening, and hiring paperwork will be handled through our main VP-Staffing office located on the south side of Elkhart, IN. ​If you enjoy a steady routine, staying active, and want a reliable daylight schedule, we want to talk to you! ​ What You Will Do ​

Pull & Pack:

Read shipping orders and picking lists to accurately gather building materials and products from warehouse shelves and racks. ​

Material Handling :

Wrap, strap, and safely secure finished orders onto pallets or skids for shipping. ​

Inventory Tracking:

Use basic math and product codes to verify inventory, document completed orders, and log any shortages. ​

Overtime:

Please note that while we aim for steady schedules, the weekly overtime amount is currently unknown and will depend on production volume. ​

What We Are Looking For:

​Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout an 8-to-10-hour shift. ​Ability to routinely lift up to 20 lbs, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. ​Good eye for detail to ensure order accuracy. ​Reliable transportation for the daily commute to Nappanee, IN. ​Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or forklift experience is a plus, but not required!
