Finance Business PartnerLocation:

HMP Forest BankWe are seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting operational decision-making at HMP Forest Bank.

This is a high-impact role where you will provide financial leadership, deliver insight-led analysis, and work closely with senior stakeholders to optimise performance within a complex contract environment.

The RoleYou will lead all financial planning and reporting activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes, ensuring robust controls and high-quality output. Acting as a trusted advisor to the operational team, you will interpret financial data, challenge performance, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.

You will also oversee financial compliance, support contract management, and contribute to strategic initiatives, while leading and developing a small finance team.

HMP Forest Bank serves the courts of Greater Manchester and maintains strong community links with a clear focus on resettlement.
