Job Description

What you'll be doing: In this role, you will take ownership of IFRS accounting across Turkey and Distributor Markets, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting in line with corporate standards. You'll lead the monthly close process, manage IFRS adjustments, and ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements. Working closely with cross‑functional teams and global stakeholders, you'll provide insights, maintain strong governance, and continuously improve processes to support efficient and high‑quality financial operations.
Key responsibilities:
Leading monthly closing activities, including financial reporting, accruals, and submissions. Maintaining accurate accounting records for both Lead Market and Distributor markets. Managing IFRS adjustments and ensuring compliance with corporate standards. Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations. Supporting IFRS-related filings in line with company policies and local requirements. Participating in and leading RTR-related audit activities. Preparing commentary for quarterly certification processes and supporting sign-offs. Acting as a control owner, ensuring SOX compliance and implementing control improvements. Collaborating with CoE teams, controllers, tax, and finance teams to improve processes. Driving continuous improvement and enhancing efficiency across accounting activities. What we're looking for: 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally within a multinational environment. A degree or diploma in Finance/Accounting and a professional accounting certification. Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and accounting systems. Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Very good written and spoken English. Strong collaboration skills and experience working in a multicultural environment. A proactive, curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and quality.
