Must be able to generate product sales and maintain above average CSI scores. Organizational skills Proven closing ability Attainment and gross production of financial services goals and objectives Compliance with all laws and regulatory obligations relative to financial services and products Ensures that all organizational, activities and operations are carried out in compliance with organizational guidelines and local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations Ensures necessary documentation for each deal is complete by utilizing a deal checklist Works closely with sales team Be an example of professional morals, ethics and excellent customer service Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to help maximize the finance departments overall profitability and product penetration

Qualifications:

• Verifiable 2 years working as F&I Manager in Dealership Setting
• Verifiable work history
• Valid Driver's License
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to pass a background check & drug test Must be authorized to work in the

$75,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
