Job Description

Position Overview We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to support our Finance operation. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires someone who can manage paperwork, communicate effectively with customers, and keep our internal processes running smoothly all at the same time. Multi-tasking is a second language in this department. This position is critical to the success of our daily operations and is ideal for someone who takes pride in staying organized, following direction, and getting things done right the first time. Key Responsibilities Process and organize deal paperwork from start to finish Assist in preparing and assembling finance documents and funding packets Receive and post customer payments accurately Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately Maintain accurate records and ensure all documents are properly filed Follow up on missing documents and assist with deal completion Support the Finance Director with daily administrative and operational tasks Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards What You'll Be Doing Daily Handling a high volume of paperwork and data entry Keeping deals organized, complete, and audit-ready Taking direction and executing tasks quickly and accurately Communicating with team members and customers to keep deals moving Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and execute without constant supervision Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, document handling) Strong communication and phone skills Previous office, admin, dealership, or finance experience is a plus—but not required What We're Looking For Someone reliable who shows up ready to work A self-starter who takes initiative and ownership A team player who understands their role supports the bigger picture Someone who can handle repetitive tasks without cutting corners Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Opportunity for growth within the company Hands-on training in dealership finance operations Why This Role Matters This position plays a key role in keeping deals moving, customers taken care of, and the business operating efficiently.
