Duties :
Prepare financial statements, investor distributions and communications Prepare monthly financial packages and maintain financial activity for portfolio of assets, including bank reconciliations and supporting schedules Research, document and implement positions and policies on accounting pronouncements Preparation of Initial Draw for New Deal Closings Assist in special projects as neededQualifications :
- BA Accounting degree (CPA preferred)
