This position offers the opportunity to mentor others, tackle complex accounting challenges, and directly support leadership decision-making. Benefits & Extras Hybrid work flexibility for better work-life balance Competitive compensation and growth-oriented environment High-visibility role with leadership exposure Opportunity to mentor and develop junior staff Involvement in process improvements and system initiatives Compensation $75,000+ (depending on experience) What You'll Be Doing Lead key portions of month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and review complex journal entries (intercompany, accruals, deferrals) Perform reconciliations for high-impact balance sheet accounts Analyze financial results and explain key variances Support audits, including schedules and auditor communications Research and apply GAAP to non-routine transactions Mentor staff and assist with process and system improvements What You'll Need to be Considered Experience with intercompany accounting and complex reconciliations Strong understanding of technical GAAP applications Ability to own and drive critical close deadlines Experience supporting audits as a primary contact Proven ability to mentor and review staff work How To Apply We'd love to see your resume, but we don't need it to have a conversation.
