Key Responsibilities Execute audit and assurance engagement activities while meeting client expectations and project objectives. Collaborate with Directors and Managers throughout all phases of engagements, including planning, scheduling, fieldwork, and client communications. Build and maintain positive client relationships through professional and timely communication. Complete assignments accurately and efficiently while meeting internal and client deadlines. Demonstrate sound professional judgment and attention to detail in all aspects of engagement work. Qualifications Education & Credentials Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Accounting or a related field from an accredited college or university. Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required. Experience 5-7 years of public accounting experience, preferably with audit and assurance engagements. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills. Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and client communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated professional skepticism and sound judgment. Exceptional attention to detail and observational skills. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with clients, management, and team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , including Word , Excel , and Outlook .
