Job Description:
Accountant We are seeking an experienced professional to assist our clients with accounting/bookkeeping & income tax preparation. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented self-starter that has excellent communication and follow-up skills. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities may include:
Monthly accounting and bookkeeping for small business clients using Quickbooks Online. Maintain relationships with clients and taking action to resolve outstanding issues. Assist clients with payroll processing. Preparation of individual and business income tax returns. Review income tax returns prepared by interns.
Qualifications:
BA or BS in Accounting or related field (preferred) Experience working in a CPA firm (preferred) Outstanding attention to detail Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent knowledge of QuickBooks & Tax prep The firm offers a competitive salary, retirement plan, health insurance benefits, and job flexibility, making it ideal for candidates seeking work/life balance.
