Job Description
We are urgently hiring for a detail-oriented Accounting Professional to support daily accounting operations within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and comfortable working closely with operations to ensure cost accuracy and efficiency. Candidates with a background in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Balance Sheets, Journal Entry, and Cost Accounting are encouraged to apply. Will consider recent college graduates with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. This position will offer a Monday- Friday 8-5 schedule with competitive salary and benefits package offered. Skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business strongly preferred. Will consider candidates without education requirement who have a minimum 5 years experience in an Accountant role. Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate accounting principles. Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Office. Ability to perform detailed account reconciliation and balance sheet analysis accurately. Strong mathematical aptitude coupled with solid understanding of debits & credits, journal entries, double-entry bookkeeping and general ledger management. Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments and supporting audit processes. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data for decision-making purposes. This will be a salaried position with a pay range between $45,000-$70,000. Pay will be determined based off experience and qualifications. #DP1
