Senior Tax Accountant - Tuscaloosa Our client is looking to hire a Senior Tax Accountant to join their team. This is a newly created role with strong exposure to complex, multi-jurisdiction tax work in a large, growing environment.

Responsibilities:

Support tax compliance, reporting, and planning initiatives Assist with income tax accounting and financial reporting Coordinate with external advisors and tax authorities Contribute to tax planning, process improvements, and internal controls Support strategic projects including acquisitions and restructuring Prepare and review income, sales/use, and other tax filings

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 2+ years of tax experience (public or corporate) Strong understanding of GAAP and tax principles Exposure to multi-state or international tax preferred CPA preferred or in progress
