We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our finance team in Rogers, Arkansas - someone who will work across accounts payable, accounts receivable, weekly and monthly reporting, and the month-end close for multiple entities. Key Job Duties For This Role Include:
Monitor G/L accounts, perform month-end close activities, and ensure accuracy of month-end reporting. Generate Journal Entries and perform Balance Sheet reconciliations. Support the month-end close and consolidation of multiple entities. Process and review accounts payable activity, including vendor invoice coding, purchase order matching, and resolving discrepancies with vendors and internal teams. Support accounts receivable activity, including customer invoicing, cash application, and reconciling customer ledgers. Prepare weekly and monthly reporting for Finance and business partners. Identify and research variances between actuals and budget/forecast. Act as the day-to-day liaison between Finance and functional areas of the Company.

Requirements:
You'll Really Wow Us If:
You've got 3 to 5 years of Accounting Experience. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Experience with month-end close, and exposure to multi-entity consolidations is a plus. Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience working in an ERP system. Strong attention to details and accuracy. Meet firm deadlines and handle multiple tasks. Experience in Financial and Managerial accounting. Experience in agriculture, food production, or a related industry is a plus.
