Job Description:
Arkansas Talent Group is exclusively working with a growing mid- to large-sized company in Little Rock for a Senior Accountant! The Senior Accountant will support accounting and financial reporting functions and play a key role as the company continues to expand across multiple states. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a company experiencing significant growth and change, and we are so excited to be partnering with this organization to find the right fit!
Perks:
Company is offering a competitive base salary of $70K-$85K DOE (may flex for CPA or other credentials), 5% bonus , a 401(k) match up to 3% plus an additional 4% employer contribution , ample PTO with rollover, hybrid flexibility (2 days remote per week after training), complimentary access to a financial advisor, and incredible growth opportunities as they continue to expand
Job Duties:
Audit-related work and support Accounting and financial reporting Revenue and expense accounting Accounting standards and policies Spreadsheet-heavy and manual processes Identifying opportunities to streamline and automate Working within existing systems while helping transition toward updated systems
Requirements:
