We are seeking a Senior Accountant with at least 3 years of experience working on audit and attest engagements, with a concentration on the government/non-profit sector. The candidate will work directly with clients and should be knowledgeable in all aspects of the engagements, including client contact, planning, fieldwork, and preparation of final reports and financial statements. The candidate will also assist staff with their work on engagements and be able to provide feedback and review to help grow staff. Candidate must also be able to research topics on standards that affect client engagements and is also encouraged to provide ideas that can improve workflow and overall culture in the firm.
