The Role We are seeking a tech-savvy and experienced accounting professional to join our Finance team, within a public company with an international reach. This role will report directly to an Accounting Manager or equivalent and will play a crucial role in supporting the accounting and reporting of financial results.

Specific responsibilities will include:

Perform accounting activities in compliance with US GAAP Provide support for inventory, cost, and revenue analysis Support month-end and quarter-end close processes Support AI and Automation initiatives Support accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, including analysis and supporting schedules Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Administrative, Sales, Operations) as needed Support continuous improvement of accounting processes, controls, and documentation Support internal and external audits, including preparation of audit documentation Qualifications & competencies Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-5 years of relevant experience Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with accounting standards (US GAAP) Demonstrated ability to apply accounting knowledge to real business operations and programs Prefer experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience in technology, semiconductor, or similar industries is preferred Exposure to system implementations or process transformation initiatives Physical Demands and Work Environment Occasionally required to stand Occasionally required to walk Continually required to sit Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity Continually required to talk or hear Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items less than 25 pounds Additional Comments 3 days per week in office
