Construction Project Accountant

We're looking for a driven Project Accountant who wants more than just a back-office role. What You'll Do Manage job cost tracking and project financial reporting Maintain WIP schedules and cost-to-complete forecasts Process and track change orders Support subcontract billing, AP, and lien waivers Partner with Project Managers to drive financial performance Assist with month-end close and revenue recognition What You Bring Associate's degree in Accounting (or 5+ years construction job costing experience) Sage 300 experience (required) Strong understanding of construction accounting Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow Nice to Have AP and lien waiver experience Change order processing Job, Estimate and Contract setup experience General Contractor and Subcontract billing knowledge (AIA G702 and G703) Why This Role Clear path for growth and increased responsibility Direct collaboration with operations and leadership Exposure to high-impact financial decisions Competitive pay and strong team environment If you're motivated, career-focused, and ready to build something long-term, we'd love to talk.
