Full Job Description Construction Project Accountant Compensation:
80-90k base salary Job Duties Manage full-cycle project accounting from setup through close-out Prepare and process draft and final project invoices with required documentation Perform Accounts Payable functions, including coding, approvals, vendor inquiries, and annual 1099 processing Reconcile credit card transactions and expense reports Monitor receivables and support Project Managers with collections Assist leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency Provide backup support for front office operations as needed Qualifications 3+ years of accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field Strong experience with project tracking, invoicing, and client commitments Familiarity with AIA contracts and additional service agreements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
