Data Entry, Basic Excel and Customer Service About the Opportunity Looking for someone with strong communication skills and basic Excel knowledge to assist with a rental equipment project. This role will focus on updating customer contact information in the CRM system and calling customers to confirm rental equipment information is accurate. Key Responsibilities- Updating customer/contact information in CRM
- Calling customers to verify rental equipment on site
- Researching correct contacts when information is outdated
- Data entry and system updates
