Job Responsibilities:
Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes across multiple entities and locations by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and related financial reporting activities Maintain the accuracy of the general ledger through account analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and the resolution of discrepancies Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and other accounting projects to support overall departmental goals Provide support during audits by gathering documentation, preparing schedules, and responding to information requests Process payroll and ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Prepare financial and payroll-related reports while assisting with ad hoc analyses as requested by management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting Experience with Paylocity and QuickBooks Desktop Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS) Exposure within the healthcare industry Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
