Staff Accountant My client is a fast-growing, dynamic organization focused on building modern, scalable accounting processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The company is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its corporate accounting team in a high-visibility role offering broad exposure across multiple functions. This position is ideal for someone looking to develop within a collaborative, fast-paced environment while gaining hands-on experience across areas such as revenue, payroll, fixed assets, leases, treasury, and consolidations. Key Responsibilities Support the month-end close process, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations Perform variance analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial results Assist with process improvements, system enhancements, and special projects Partner with cross-functional teams to improve accounting workflows and reporting accuracy Identify opportunities to strengthen controls, policies, and procedures Contribute to a collaborative and evolving team environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2+ years of public accounting and/or industry experience Strong foundation in corporate accounting principles Technical Skills Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls Experience with accounting systems and process documentation Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.) Experience with account reconciliations and workpaper preparation Preferred Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Clear communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally Positive, adaptable mindset suited for a fast-paced environment Why This Role Exposure to multiple accounting functions rather than a siloed role Opportunity to work closely with experienced leadership High-growth environment with strong potential for career progression Ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives
