Job Description

Senior Accountant | High-Growth Healthcare Organization A rapidly growing, physician-led healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Finance team. This organization is dedicated to transforming the patient care experience and advancing the delivery of specialized medical services across the United States. With deep expertise in a high-demand clinical specialty, the organization partners with healthcare providers and health systems to improve outcomes, enhance operational efficiency, and support a more coordinated, value-driven model of care. Operating in a complex, multi-entity environment, the organization manages physician practices, hospital service lines, and population health initiatives across multiple markets. Key Responsibilities Execute and support month-end close processes across multiple entities with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis , delivering clear and actionable financial insights Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and improve financial and operational processes Assist with special projects, system implementations, and process optimization initiatives Identify and recommend enhancements to policies, procedures, and internal controls Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining attention to detail Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience:
2+ years of public accounting experience and 2+ year of industry experience Experience in a complex, multi-entity environment preferred Demonstrated ability to support process improvement and scalable operations Technical Expertise Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and corporate accounting practices Experience with accounting systems, workflows, and process design Proficiency in financial documentation and workpaper preparation Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Core Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functional teams Proven success working in fast-paced, high-growth environments Professional Attributes High level of integrity and professionalism Strong sense of ownership and accountability Ability to build effective working relationships across teams and leadership levels Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset Work Environment Standard professional office environment with a collaborative team setting Opportunity This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within a high-growth healthcare organization focused on improving patient outcomes and advancing care delivery.
