Job Description:

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. We're hiring a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst for a company in Central Phoenix to support financial and SEC reporting within a real estate investment environment. This role partners closely with accounting, portfolio management, and investor relations to deliver accurate reporting, support portfolio analysis, and ensure GAAP compliance. This is a contract opportunity and will be hybrid.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and support SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and related disclosures) Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting for leadership Analyze real estate portfolio performance and key metrics Review asset-level financial reporting and ensure accuracy Support preparation of earnings materials, investor presentations, and reporting packages Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls Assist with technical accounting research and application of new guidelines Support valuation processes, including investment and debt schedules and rollforwards Partner with audit teams during quarterly reviews and annual audits Support process improvements, reporting automation, and data analytics initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (MAcc or advanced degree preferred) 3+ years of accounting, financial reporting, or audit experience Public accounting or SEC reporting experience preferred Strong understanding of GAAP Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills CPA or progress toward CPA (preferred) Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
