This position plays a key role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting insurance policy administration.
Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain financial agreements, contracts, and payment documentation. Create, manage, and track payment links for clients. Process and run payments for insurance policies accurately and on time. Contact insurance carriers to resolve payment issues, request reinstatements, and ensure policies remain active. Manage policy cancellations. Track, reconcile, and manage insurance commissions, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Coordinate with account managers regarding outstanding balances, policy status, reinstatements, and cancellations. Deposit and accurately record incoming checks and payments.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service and accounting experience required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, particularly when working with coworkers, insurance carriers, and clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Insurance industry experience and licensing is not necessary. Knowledge of accounts receivable, commission tracking, and payment reconciliation. Strong problem-solving, customer service, and follow-up abilities. We are looking for a dependable, proactive professional who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and providing exceptional support to clients, insurance partners, and team members.

From $42,000.00 per year
