This temp-to-hire opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for accuracy and efficiency in accounting processes.
Location:
Scottsdale, AZ (North Scottsdale) 100% in-office
Pay Range:
$30.00 - $38.46 per hour Responsibilities Review and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance. Prepare and post journal entries to maintain precise financial records. Support month-end close processes and meet critical deadlines. Manage 1099 preparation and filing with accuracy. Utilize ERP Software system for accounting tasks Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and maintain operational excellence. Qualifications 5+ years of accounting experience in a fast-paced multi-entity environment BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred). Strong Excel skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Required Work Hours Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Benefits Comprehensive benefits package upon hire.
