Requirements:
B.S. In Accounting/Finance or equivalent. Preferably 2 years of property management experience working with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) to report financial information. Strong Excel skills. Excellent communications skills both verbal and in writing. Resman, RealPage, MRI, YARDI or other property management software proficiency is highly desirable In This Role You Will Prepare monthly financial reports. Reconcile Balance Sheets. Oversee cash management and monthly bank reconciliations. Preform Cash flow analysis/client distributions. Handle draw preparation and review budgets for lease up properties. Prepare monthly sales tax returns. Audit property transactions actual to budget, coordinating with community operations regarding all on site accounting activity, for Month end close. Review the General Ledger and Accounts Payable coding for each community. Other duties as assigned by Manager Mark-Taylor is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.
