Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily accounts payable and accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely processing, accurate coding, and account maintenance Research customer deductions and payment discrepancies while partnering with internal teams to resolve outstanding issues Assist with reconciliations, journal entries, and other month-end accounting support functions Maintain financial records within Acumatica and support accurate reporting across customer accounts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, maintain account accuracy, and support overall accounting operations

Requirements:

Experience with Acumatica (highly preferred) Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS) Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
