Job DescriptionJob Description Staff Accountant Scottsdale, AZ Direct Hire We are seeking a motivated Staff Accountant with 3+ years of experience to support Controller and accounting team on a range of accounting duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Controller and staff with daily accounting tasks and special projects Assist with sales tax filings and compliance Manage W-9 collection and vendor documentation Support payroll processing and tax filings Assist with AP/AR and cash receipts Prepare and file 1099 reports Process and reconcile corporate and executive credit cards Code monthly expenses
Qualifications:
2+ years of general accounting experience Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred) Proficient in Excel and accounting software (Sage preferred) Growth and advancement opportunities Immediate hire. This posting is not designed to cover or include a comprehensive list of duties.
