The Intern may assist with month end close procedures, while completing other projects as assigned.

Duties may include:

Reconciling sub-ledgers to general ledger account balances Assist with maintaining and reconciling fixed assets and preparing associated reports Supporting the quarterly and annual audit process and preparing necessary schedules, reconciliations and analyses. Assist Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with daily processes and selected month-end activities. Assist HCP compliance specialist with data retrieval, reporting and filing. Assist with internal audit control testing (J-SOX compliance) Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned Assist with special projects Assist with SAP ERP implementation. Job Details Job

Qualifications Required Qualifications Working toward bachelor's degree in accounting or master's in accounting or business. Finance or other related discipline. Demonstrates a working knowledge of relevant GL accounting principles Intermediate/advanced MS Excel knowledge and experience High degree of accuracy in working with large amounts of data Must assume responsibility for timeliness of work completion and perform to meet strict deadlines Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Desired Qualifications Familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS technical accounting skills, Skill in analyzing and interpreting financial data in a manufacturing environment Proficient with ERP systems and accounting software (JDE a plus) Additional Information The primary work location for this position is Aliso Viejo, CA (company headquarters).
