Job DescriptionJob Description Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Accountant with inventory management and purchasing experience to support our growing operations. This role involves a mix of general accounting, inventory control, procurement support and HR admin support. You'll work closely with management, operations, warehouse and sales teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and inventory tracking.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience 2-5 years of full-cycle accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); advanced Excel preferred Experience with ERP/accounting software; QuickBooks strongly preferred (current software system) Experience in manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, or inventory-based environments Familiar with inventory control, cycle counts, and reorder points (MIN/MAX) - Fish Bowl a + Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily banking transactions and account reconciliations Post AR deposits and credit card payments Process Accounts Payable and ensure timely vendor payments General customer orders / invoices Issue credit memos and support AR collections Assist with month-end close and reporting tasks Post inventory receipts and adjustments in the accounting system Conduct daily/weekly cycle counts and investigate variances Manage inventory levels and apply MIN/MAX principles Generate purchase orders and communicate with vendors Monitor incoming inventory and share ETA updates with internal teams Perform receipt of goods and match with
