Job Description:

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. A growing investment firm in Century City is seeking an Entry-Level Accountant to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This is a great opportunity for a degreed candidate or early-career accounting professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced finance environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations Support month-end close activities Maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets Assist with expense reports and invoice processing Perform data entry and administrative accounting support Work closely with the accounting team on ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Internship or prior accounting experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Excel required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work onsite in Century City This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a reputable investment firm and gain valuable accounting experience with long-term potential.
