•$105,000 + Bonus A well-established, privately held real estate investment and development company headquartered in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join its team. This company owns and manages a diverse portfolio of multi-family, medical office, commercial, and industrial properties across California and the Midwest, along with an active development pipeline. This is a hands-on role for an accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants direct visibility with senior leadership. What You'll Do Prepare monthly financial statements, including general ledger scrubs, journal entries, account analysis, and bank reconciliations Perform CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable Maintain monthly rent rolls Process monthly rent, CAM, and late fee billing Abstract leases and ensure accurate recordation in property management software Support construction accounting for active development projects Generate ad hoc accounting and finance reports as needed Partner closely with the Controller and CFO, with direct communication with company ownership What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting Minimum 5 years of real estate accounting experience (required) Strong proficiency in Excel and property management software Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong work ethic and a self-starter mentality Ambition for growth and advancement within the organization Professional business etiquette and communication skills Reporting Structure This role reports to the Controller and CFO, with direct interaction with the company's Owner.
