Buena Park, CA Job Details Full-time $60,000 - $90,000 a year 2 hours ago Qualifications Accounts payable English Analysis skills Attention to detail QuickBooks Full Job Description Bilingual Staff Accountant (English/Korean) Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bilingual Staff Accountant (English/Korean) to join our team. This role is focused on financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and financial analysis . The ideal candidate has strong accounting knowledge, is comfortable preparing and reviewing financial reports, and can work independently while meeting reporting deadlines. Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets Assist with cash flow reporting and financial analysis Perform month-end and year-end closing Maintain the General Ledger and prepare Journal Entries Perform account and Balance Sheet reconciliations Manage accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and other key accounts Prepare management and financial reports Perform Budget vs. Actual and Variance Analysis Review financial data for accuracy and completeness Maintain and improve internal accounting processes Coordinate with external CPAs and accounting firms for tax, audit, and year-end reporting matters Support and review AP/AR activities as needed Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis for management Qualifications 2+ years of accounting experience preferred Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements Experience with month-end closing and General Ledger accounting Strong understanding of Balance Sheet and P&L accounts Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with QuickBooks, ERP systems, or other accounting software preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong organizational and communication skills CPA firm or Public Accounting experience is a plus Bilingual in English and Korean preferred Schedule Monday to Friday Full-time In-person Please submit your resume through Indeed for consideration.
