This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and excited to contribute to a growing finance team in the medical device space. The Staff Accountant will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close, and helping ensure timely and reliable reporting. This person should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, taking ownership of their work, and supporting a broad range of accounting functions. Key Responsibilities Own and support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes Assist with month-end close activities and related documentation Support preparation for financial statement audits Run reports and analyze financial data to support the accounting team Help improve accounting processes as the company continues to grow Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as needed What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required; accounting degree preferred 1-2 years of experience working in or supporting an accounting department Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable Familiarity with financial statement accounts such as cash, fixed assets, leases, operating expenses, and prepaids Experience preparing month-end close documentation Familiarity with ERP systems Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a sense of personal ownership
