The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of accounting responsibilities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, month-end closing, and financial reporting. Professional proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required. Experience in logistics or warehousing is helpful, but not required. We are primarily looking for a strong accounting professional who can learn our business and become a dependable, long-term member of our team. Key Responsibilities Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) Prepare customer invoices and process payments in QuickBooks Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements Research and resolve account discrepancies Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end closing Prepare financial reports, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports, for management Maintain accurate general ledger records and supporting documentation Coordinate year-end closing and tax documentation with our external CPA Assist with audits, tax filings, and accounting-related compliance Maintain organized accounting records and follow established internal controls Assist with accounting-related projects as needed Required Qualifications Bilingual Mandarin and English proficiency 3+ years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Experience with bank and credit card reconciliations Working knowledge of journal entries, month-end close, and financial reporting Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities Authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, e-commerce, or 3PL Experience with WMS or Order Management Systems Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field Candidates who meet the required qualifications are encouraged to apply even if they do not have logistics or WMS experience.
