Location:
City of Industry, Los AngelesWhat you will
DO:
Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding to the appropriate GL accounts and departments. Review and verify supporting documents for PO and non-PO invoices. Prepare domestic and international payments, including ACH, checks, and wire transfers. Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Business Units to resolve invoice and receiving discrepancies. Reconcile AP aging reports and vendor statements on a regular basis. Assist with monthly accrual entries and AP account reconciliations. Maintain vendor files, W-9 forms, and 1099 reporting information. Support external auditors and provide requested AP documentation. Ensure compliance with company internal controls and approval policies. Participate in ERP system enhancements and AP process improvements.

What you will
NEED:
Bachelors degree in accounting/finance/business3+ years of accountant working experienceMust be a resourceful problem solver, with the ability to prioritize and create approaches to meet required objectivesAdvanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tablesStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillsApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
