Full Job Description Job Description:

Review accounts and financial records to discover discrepancies. Perform routine audits to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance. Create and perform analysis on GL accounts, budget, general expenses, and forecast reports. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable with freight forwarders, carriers, and vendors. Supervise A/R collection and manage A/P payment. Collaborate with operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies. Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports as required by headquarters. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Requirements Bachelor's degree and major/minor in Accounting or Finance a plus. Minimum 5 years freight forwarding industry experience with 2 + years of accounting/bookkeeping experience specifically within logistics/NVOCC environment. Strong Knowledge and understanding of NVOCC operations. Experiences with SAP or similar accounting systems preferred. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experienced with pivot tables and advanced functions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, and Word. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Bilingual in English and Mandarin required. Knowledge of freight forwarding and import process as it relates to all parties involved;

NVOCC, CUSTOMS BROKER, WAREHOUSE & DOMESTIC TRANSPORTATION

preferred.

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
