Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and reconcile multi-entity consolidations, inter-company eliminations and multi-level financial statements Maintain month end schedules and reconciliations for multiple legal entities Work with external auditors during the interim and year end audits. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data Consolidate and analyze inter-company transactions Interact with other departments and factory management about accounting related issues Assist with various special projects as needed Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business Administration 7+ years of accounting experience working with Consolidations and Inter-Company Eliminations Experience with Equity Investment Management Experience with preparing and reviewing multi-level Financial Statements Involved in and/or led an implementation team towards a new ERP system 5+ years of ERP experience; Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations preferred Participates in cross functional teams with various department leads to improve company's processes Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS Provide support for year-end financial audits including preparation of audit schedules and addressing auditors' inquiries Must be able to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline driven environment Advanced knowledge of Excel, Data Management, etc. Must be detail detail-oriented, analytical, with strong problem- Accounting professional who is proactive, self-motivated, and independent Strong organization skills Reasoning Ability Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Compensation Salary Range:
