SUMMARY The Senior Accountant role will primarily supervise our South American subsidiary's financial closing / reporting, and assist with US financial closing. IFRS. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Train new hires in South America and assist with monthly/annual closing Produce monthly financial report to meet company requirements and tight deadlines Assist with internal control review Responsible for prepayment, accrual and month end closing entries Oversee pre-month end closing check ( GL, cost unit & cost center check) Handle variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations Assist with monthly/annual financial closing , and both internal / external audits Process weekly and monthly Bank Reconciliations Responsible for credit card statement reconciliations, and intercompany chargeback/billings Other job duties as assigned by manager

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting 10+ years of month-end closing experience 2+ years in a supervisory role Bilingual in English / Spanish Familiarity with IFRS A strong background in Financial Analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
