Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and reconcile multi-entity consolidations, inter-company eliminations and multi-level financial statements
- Maintain month end schedules and reconciliations for multiple legal entities
- Work with external auditors during the interim and year end audits.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Consolidate and analyze inter-company transactions
- Interact with other departments and factory management about accounting related issues
- Assist with various special projects as needed Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- 7+ years of accounting experience working with Consolidations and Inter-Company Eliminations
- Experience with Equity Investment Management
- Experience with preparing and reviewing multi-level Financial Statements
- Involved in and/or led an implementation team towards a new ERP system
- 5+ years of ERP experience; Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations preferred
- Participates in cross functional teams with various department leads to improve company's processes
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS
- Provide support for year-end financial audits including preparation of audit schedules and addressing auditors' inquiries
- Must be able to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline driven environment
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Data Management, etc.
- Must be detail detail-oriented, analytical, with strong problem-
- Accounting professional who is proactive, self-motivated, and independent
- Strong organization skills Reasoning Ability Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Salary Range:
