This role will support accounts payable, inventory accounting, cash flow tracking, and month-end close activities while working closely with operations and leadership to maintain accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines. ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable & Expense Management Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments accurately and timely Review invoice coding and ensure compliance with internal approval procedures Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams Procurement & Inventory Accounting Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, vendor invoices, and receiving documentation Partner with operations and supply chain teams to maintain inventory accuracy Cash Flow & Financial Support Assist with rolling cash flow forecasts and daily cash tracking Support cash flow reporting and variance analysis Assist management with financial data and reporting requests Month-End Close & General Accounting Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Prepare necessary journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules Analyze account activity and assist in researching variances Maintain organized and accurate accounting records Qualifications 2+ years of accounting experience required Manufacturing, inventory, or ERP experience preferred Strong Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet skills Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude Education Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not required Schedule & Work Location Monday-Friday Full-time On-site in
