Job Description

Job Descriptions:
  • Complete payroll and sales tax monthly tasks, bookkeeping, and prepare individual and business tax returns.
  • Basic communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Qualifications :
  • Must have accounting background in BA or MA degree
  • Must be able to read and write in English
  • Must be a fast learner, be organized, and have proficient computer skills
  • Must be able to greet customers in a friendly manner Preferred
  • Passed the CPA Exam/ EA Exam
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Lacerte, Excel, Microsoft Word, PDF Files
  • Able to work full time from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday
  • During tax season, will be able to work 60-70 hours per week, overtime pay will be provided.
