Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data in a variety of areas. It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills in order to best support the accounting team. Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries. Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Maintain general ledger accuracy and integrity. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed. Prepare financial reports and schedules for management. Assist with audit requests and documentation. Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts. Track fixed assets and depreciation schedules. Ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP. Support budgeting, forecasting, and special projects. Identify opportunities for process Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage Intacct, or similar.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
