This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys digging into the details while contributing to process improvements and overall financial accuracy. Key Responsibilities Lead and support key components of the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting Analyze financial results and investigate variances, partnering with internal teams to provide insights Oversee and review inventory-related accounting, including store-level reconciliations Apply US GAAP guidance to complex transactions and ensure compliance with internal policies Prepare audit schedules and support documentation for internal and external audit requirements Assist with SOX compliance and maintain organized, audit-ready records Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced reporting efficiency Support ad hoc reporting, projects, and cross-functional initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; public accounting background preferred CPA strongly preferred Strong knowledge of US GAAP Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach Compensation Hourly pay range is $62.00 to $70.00 per hour, depending on experience. Pay Details:
