We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join a growing organization in Cardiff-by-the-Sea. This position will play a key role in supporting month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and overall accounting operations. ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review journal entries and general ledger activityPerform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliationsSupport month-end and year-end close processesAssist with preparation of financial statements and reporting packagesAnalyze financial data and investigate account discrepanciesMaintain organized accounting records and supporting documentationAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation activitiesSupport process improvements and accounting workflow efficienciesCollaborate with internal departments on financial reporting needs
