This work schedule is hybrid except for the week of the close100%. The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience as an Accountant. The job will work heavily in the general ledger, assist with the month-end close, handle month-end adjustments, bank reconciliations, journal entries, credit card reconciliations, accounts payable, audit preparation, and assist with other projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required
• Solid knowledge of accounting knowing your debits and credits
• Strong with reconciliations
• Experience in logistics or distribution industry is nice to have
• Highly proficiency with Microsoft Excel able to do pivot table and vlookups
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be a plus but experience with a large ERP is required
• Able to work independently, reliable, and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail, quick to learn, and a problem-solver
• Strong communications (written & verbal)
