ROA Basic Job Functions:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, all accounting functions including: Own the month-end and year-end close processes including journal entries, account reconciliations and analyses. Prepare and review balance sheet recinciliations and resolve reconciling items. Prepare financial and compliance reporting in accordance with GAAP. Support forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and cost accounting activities. Perform treasury activities including cash reconciliations and forecasting. Perform payroll reconciliations and ensure timely recording of accounting transactions. Utilize SAP for financial reporting, accounting analysis, reconciliations and close activities. Drive continuous improvement, automation, and SAP process efficiences. Support internal and external audits and internal control compliance. Provide analytical support to operations and other departments. Drive cost-improvement efforts accross all aspects of the business. Any other duties as deemed necessary. Lead and uphold safety policies, practicies, and standards. Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including financial close and GAAP Minimum of 2 years of SAP experience

Preferences:
Manufacturing or industrial accounting experience (steel or heavy industry preferred) Experience with SAP ERP, financial reporting tools, and large-scale ERP environments Active CPA or CPA candidate Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
