Since 2007, our team of brothers has handcrafted authentic, preservative-free hummus, dips, spreads, labneh, pickles, and pita chips, sold at our storefront, in supermarkets, and at farmers markets across the region. As we grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented in-house Accountant to keep our finances accurate, organized, and audit-ready. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger. Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor accounts each month. Prepare financial statements and management reports (profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow). Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records. Track inventory and cost of goods sold for our food production operations. Handle sales tax filings and assist with year-end tax preparation. Maintain clean, organized financial records in QuickBooks. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis as the business grows. Qualifications 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (food manufacturing or CPG experience a plus). Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. Solid understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
