• Full-time A company is seeking a Bilingual Japanese/English Senior Accountant to join their team in Gardena, CA.

This position is responsible for general accounting processes and oversees accurate preparation of reports. A bachelor's degree, the ability to speak, read and write Japanese, at least 3 years of corporate tax experience, and basic PC skills are required. A CPA license is a big plus, but not mandatory. This is a full-time, hybrid position, with excellent benefits including 401K and bonus.

• Bilingual Japanese/English Tax Accountant Duties:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements-Prepare and file government reports and corporate tax returns
• Check accuracy of figures and calculations
• Ensure adherence to established internal controls and related procedures
• Calculate and reconcile fees
• Review monthly reports
• Analyze financial data, identify opportunities to enhance accounting procedures, internal controls, and provide insights to management
• Supervise and mentor junior staff and provide valuative feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives

Bilingual Japanese/English Tax Accountant Skills :

• Must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• Must speak, read, and write Japanese
• Must have at least 3 years of corporate tax experience
• Corporate accounting experience (auditing and consulting)
• CPA license is a big plus, but not mandatory
• Attention to detail and accuracy
