This position is responsible for handling routine accounting tasks, including preparing and filing tax returns. A bachelor's degree, the ability to speak, read and write Japanese, at least 3 years of corporate tax work experience, and PC skills are required. A CPA license is a big plus but not maNdatory. This is a full-time, hybrid position, with excellent benefits including 401K and bonus.

• Bilingual Japanese/English Senior Tax Accountant Duties:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements-Prepare and file government reports and corporate tax returns
• Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
• Check accuracy of figures and calculations
• Analyze financial data, identify opportunities to enhance accounting procedures, internal controls, and provide insights to management
• Supervise and mentor junior staff and provide valuative feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives

Bilingual Japanese/English Senior Tax Accountant Skills :

• Must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• Must speak, read, and write Japanese
• Must have at least 3 years of corporate tax work experience
• CPA license is a big plus, but not mandatory
• Attention to detail and accuracy
