What You'll Be Doing:
Own key areas of the month-end close process Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses Analyze financial results and investigate variances Partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams across the organization Support annual audits and financial reporting requirements Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve controls Assist with special projects as the company continues to scale and evolve
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of accounting experience Public accounting experience strongly preferred (Big 4, national, or regional firms encouraged to apply) CPA or CPA-track preferred Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Advanced Excel skills and a passion for solving problems Someone who is proactive, curious, and eager to grow
